Growth Groups
Find your group
At Woodbridge we value community, so we meet regularly in small groups we call Growth Groups: a time for fellowship, prayer and study of the Bible. Our study topics follow the Sunday sermon, so we learn together how to apply it to our lives.
Whether you're just seeking to know more about Christianity or you've been a Christian for many years, there's a group that's right for you. Groups follow the New Testament example of the Bereans in Acts 17:11, who “received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day.”

The Word Speaks
Do you want to be challenged to go back to the basics of the Christian faith, and learn how to submit, surrender and be obedient to God? Would you be willing to engage our culture rather than be compromised by it?
Wednesday mornings, 9:00 – 11:00 am, Family Life Center

- The Word Speaks studies the Word of God in the cultural context in which it was spoken.
- The message of the Scriptures is eternal and unchanging, while the circumstances of the people of the Bible were unique to their times.
- So we understand God's truth more clearly when we know the cultural context in which He spoke and acted.
- This deepens our appreciation of God's Word, and when our appreciation is deepened, our actions are strengthened.
