Frank Winans

Hi! My name is Frank Winans and I have been at Woodbridge Community Church since 1992. When I first came out of seminary, I started here as a youth pastor, and after 11 years I became an associate pastor. Since 2007, I have had the privilege to be the Senior Pastor.

My wife Cynda and I have been married since 1989 and we have three awesome sons. We love this church family so much. It is a great group of people who love the Lord and each other.

I love surfing, golfing, water skiing, and going on dates with my beautiful lady. I love the land of Israel and I love taking people to the Holy Land. I read history books for the fun of it.

Thanks for checking out our leadership page. My name is Vince. I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. I worked in various managerial positions in the corporate world until the Lord called me to the ministry in 1985, pastoring in the Philippines for 7 years. My family and I moved to the US in 1992 so I could pursue higher education.

I have been with Woodbridge Church since 1993, beginning as a pastor in a daughter church, and now serving as Executive Pastor. I love cooking, biking, swimming and traveling on mission trips. My greatest passion is discipling young Christians in the Word of God and seeing them grow and thrive in their Christian lives.
