Hi! My name is Frank Winans and I have been at Woodbridge Community Church since 1992. When I first came out of seminary, I started here as a youth pastor and then after 11 years I became an associate pastor. Since 2007, I have had the privilege to be the senior pastor. My Wife Cynda and I have been married since 1989 and we have three awesome sons. We love this church family so much. It is a great group of people that love the Lord and each other. I love surfing, golfing, water skiing, and going on dates with my beautiful lady. I love the land of Israel and I love taking people to the Holy land if it isn’t too crazy! I read history books for the fun of it.
Thanks for checking out our leadership page. My name is Vince. I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. I worked in various managerial positions in the corporate world, until the Lord called me to the ministry in 1985, pastoring in the Philippines for 7 years. My family and I then moved to the US in 1992, so I could pursue higher education. I have been with Woodbridge Church since 1993, beginning as a pastor in a daughter church, and now serving as Executive Pastor. I love cooking, biking, swimming and traveling on mission trips. However, my greatest passion is discipling young christians in the Word of God, and seeing them grow and thrive in their christian lives.

My name is Graham McGuinness. I have been in pastoral ministry for 44 years. I served the Lord in Zimbabwe and South Africa and since 2009 I have been the Pastoral Care Ministry pastor at Woodbridge Community Church.
Born and grew up in Harare, Zimbabwe. (Rhodesia).
Married to Beulah-Joy for nearly 45 years. Have two married daughters and four grandchildren.

I’m Michael Cranford. I first came to Woodbridge in 2015, but I’ve been a friend of Pastor Frank since our seminary days. I’m serving as Pastor of Discipleship, which is a real blessing because I have a heart for equipping people to know and follow Jesus Christ in today’s world. I also teach at Concordia University, Irvine as Adjunct Professor of Philosophy.

YOUTH MINISTRY
Hello there! My name is Jacob Prado. I’ve been serving at Woodbridge Community Church since 2020, first as a pastoral intern, now as its Youth Director! Since graduating from Concordia University Irvine with a Masters in Church Leadership, my current passion is to educate and inspire today’s teenagers to experience the life-transforming Gospel Story of God’s radical love for them and awesome calling on their lives to make an impact in the world for Jesus!
I’m excited to journey alongside your teen to see them become who God made them to be!
