WCC Kids
The vision of WCC Kids is to raise a generation of kids to be lifelong followers of Christ, committed to authentically worshipping God, joyfully connecting others with Him, and generously caring for the world.
At the core of this vision of worship, community and care is "connecting." Worship connects kids with God, community connects kids with others, and care connects kids with the world. Because parents are the primary spiritual nurturers of their children, our mission is twofold: to connect kids with God and to equip families to do the same.
We invite you and your children to a community where you can all meet, know and follow Jesus. Through Vacation Bible School, Christmas musicals, Sunday School and other special events, our kids discover who Jesus is and why He is the most important person they will ever know.
Sunday School classes
We worship together as a family in the Worship Hall at 10:30, then as a congregation we pray over the children before they go to their Sunday School classes. Check your kids in at the “Kids Check In” counter in the lobby.
Through prayer, Bible stories, small group teaching and personal lessons, children learn how to apply Jesus' teachings to their everyday lives. Together we celebrate monthly birthdays, have special snacks and, most importantly, disciple your kids to be Jesus followers.

Our core values
- Whole family-focused
We value parents as the primary spiritual nurturers of their kids, program mindfully to leave space for families to be together, and plan all-family worship services. (Deut 6:4-9; Ps 78:5-8)
- Christ-centered
God's Word is our primary curriculum. We teach the Scriptures with Christ at the center and give kids and parents opportunities to respond to the gospel and identify with the church through baptism. (John 1:1-18; Col 1:15-20; Heb 1:1-4)
- Cross-cultural
God has purposed to include all ethnic groups in His Kingdom. We embrace the unified diversity of the body of Christ, reach out to all our neighbors, and pray and give for the Kingdom around the world. (Gen 12; Jn 1:14; Eph 2:14-22; Rev 5:9-10)
- Kid-sized
Jesus held children in unusually high regard. We teach to each child's developmental stage, encourage age-appropriate growth, and keep our learning environments safe and fun. (Matt 18:1-6, 19:14; 1 Cor 3:2; Heb 5:12)
