YOU ARE EITHER GOING, PRAYING, SENDING OR DISOBEYING. EVERYONE HAS A PART TO PLAY IN REACHING THE NATIONS.
Follow-up Questions from Sunday:
Quick Review:
Looking back at your notes from this week’s teaching, was there anything you heard for the first time or that caught your attention, challenged, or confused you?
Digging Deeper:
1. When Jesus gave the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20 to His disciples, what do you think was going through their minds? What goes through yours?
2. The subject of the Mission in Matthew 28 is “them”. Jesus says to “make disciples”, “baptize”, & “teach” them. Who would you define “them” as and who is the “us”?
3. When you think about the Great Commission and Jesus’ calling for your life, what frightens and excites you the most?
4. In what ways can you fulfill the Great Commission in the context of your family, work, job, and church?
5. What do you think is the biggest challenge missionaries are facing in today’s world?
Prayer:
Pray this week for our missionaries that they would have a fresh filling of the power of the Holy Spirit to continue to do what they do.
