Sermon Notes:

1. It is God’s will for us that we work. (Gen 2:15, 2 Thes 3:7-12)

2. God in whose image we are made is a worker. (Gen 1:1, 1:31, 2:1-2, Jn 5:17)

3. God doesn’t want us to be a sluggard. (Prov. 6:6-11, 24:30-34, 20:4, 21:25, 26:13-14)

4. God says that when we work, we work for Him! He is our boss! (Col 3:23-24)

5. God is above our money. (Prov. 3:9-10)
6. Our wealth is a tool to be used for His honor. (Prov 3:9-10)
7. Life lived without the reality of God in every moment is short sighted and foolish. (Lk 12:13-21, James 4:13-16)
