- A heart that plans wicked things has internal issues. (Prov. 6:16-19)
- A heart that plans wicked things is a poisoned (Jer. 17:9-10)
- Envy and jealousy is a poison to the human heart. (Prov. 14:30)
- The antidote for envy and jealousy is gratitude and thankfulness. (1 Thess 5:16-18)
- God hates a poisoned heart because He cares for us. (Jn 3:16)

- Read Jer. 17:9-10 and Mk 7:20-23. How do these verses help explain the evil that mankind does in the world? How do these verses speak to your life and the decisions and plans that you make?

Open a file on your computer called ‘thanks’ and begin it prayerfully. Go over the days, the weeks, the years; the past and the present; think of all that He has given to you, gifts, talents, abilities, fruits of your labor… and be grateful.
