The Book of Philippians:

A Sweet Aroma

In the fourth chapter of the book of Philippians, Paul speaks about Christian contentment and financially giving to God

1. When we give, we give to GOD!

2. God sees when we GIVE to Him in His name.

3. Paul says when we trust God and give, we smell GOOD to God.

4. He blesses us for GIVING.

5. It is CREDITED to our account in heaven.

Philippians 4:18-19 (NIV)

18 I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
