Sermon Notes:
1. David united the two most sacred things of the O.T. together in Jerusalem.
a. Mt Moriah with Abraham and Isaac. (Genesis 22)
b. Ark of God with Moses. (Exodus 37)
2. David did this because he had a heart to worship God. (Psalm 27)
3. David did this because he had a heart for His people to worship God. (1 Chronicles 15; 2 Samuel 6)
The Tabernacle/Temple was:
4. A place to connect with God and deal with sin/separation.
5. A place of instruction.
6. A place of prayer.
The Church is also:
1. A place to connect with God and deal with sin/separation.

4. In Jesus, we can worship/pray to God effectively at not just one place, but anywhere.
