Review:
Looking back on last Sunday’s message and your notes, what was the most memorable part for you?
Digging Deeper:
1. Read Psalm 112 slowly, out loud. Why do you think this Psalm starts out with “Praise the Lord”? What do you think it is we are to Praise the Lord for in the Psalm?
2. In vs 1, the Psalm starts off with the statement that a person is blessed that fears the Lord and delights in His teachings. Why do you think these two things are a blessing in a person’s life? How have they been a blessing in your life?
3. The rest of the Psalm is spent listing the results of a person that fears the Lord and loves His Word. Which of these blessings have you seen in your life?
4. In verse 10, the Psalm ends with the warning that some people will look on a Psalm 112 person and hate them. Why do you think this is? How have you experienced this in your life?
Taking it Home:
Take some time to pray for the men in our church that they would walk with God in a committed way and for God to mold them and make them into the people that God wants them to be.
