1. Soldiers guarding the tomb. Matthew 28:2-4
2. Women coming to take care of the body. Mark 16:1-8
3. Peter and the apostles. Luke 24:9-12
4. The religious leaders. Matthew 28:11-15

Question for you this Easter Sunday:
1. When did you first really begin to understand the Resurrection of Jesus and what it means to your life personally?
2. In 1 Corinthians 15:1-8, the Apostle Paul talks about the Gospel of Jesus– “good news”– and all that is involved in this message and the effects of this message on those who believe. From this passage what do you see are the key elements of the Gospel?
3. Paul used the word “received” and the words “have taken your stand” in this Scripture. When did you first receive the message and take your stand in believing it?
4. Paul says you are “saved” in this Scripture. What do you think you are saved from?
5. In verse 3, what do you think Paul means by saying this message is of “first importance?”
6. What does 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 say about the effects of the Gospel in our lives and our responsibility to it?
